Apply Leather Food (01) to nourish and protect the leather, Polish (02) to restore colour and shine, and finish with Leather Spray (03) for water and stain protection. For best results, we recommend using the set every 3 months or as needed, ensuring your footwear stays durable, comfortable and ready for any adventure.

Your order will be processed within 3 weeks, as our footwear is handmade in small batches. If your size is in stock, we’ll ship it sooner. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code.

For returns or exchanges, please email returns@rof-style.com with your request. We’ll provide you with the return form and further instructions.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the day your package is delivered. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Please avoid taping the original box: use a bag or paper to protect it during return shipping.

A handling fee of R100 / EUR 5 will be deducted from your refund to cover packaging and handling costs. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7 days if everything is in order.
