ROF-Style x Vogue Living Netherlands
A knock on the door. A carefully wrapped package tied with a Vogue Living ribbon. We opened it together, flipping through the pages for the first time – 26 of them, dedicated to our story. In that moment, we looked back at everything we’ve built, the risks we’ve taken and the road that led us here. It was incredible to see it all come to life in print.
A Story of Stepping into the Unknown
As Vogue put it: “Er zijn maar weinig mensen die hun boeltje durven pakken om in het buitenland een nieuw leven te beginnen. Laura Struik en Leopold van Tuyll van Serooskerken waagden de sprong. Ze deden een ik-vertrekje en verruilden hun Amsterdamse appartement voor een roze villa in het Zuid-Afrikaanse dorp Riebeek.”
Translation? “There are very few people who dare to pack up their lives and start over abroad. Laura Struik and Leopold van Tuyll van Serooskerken took the leap. They had their ‘I’m leaving’ moment and traded their Amsterdam apartment for a pink villa in the South African village of Riebeek.”
