Returns & Exchanges (7 days)

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return or exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email returns@rof-style.com with your request. We’ll reply with a return form and step-by-step instructions.

Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Please package items carefully for return shipping and do not tape the original box. Use a protective bag or paper to cover the original box.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • With all accessories included

  • In the original packaging


Fees & Refund Processing

Handling fee

A handling fee of R100 / EUR 5 will be deducted from your refund to cover packaging and handling costs.

Inspection & refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at returns@rof-style.com if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and help make it right.
