Shipping and returns


All orders within the Benelux and South Africa will be delivered free of charge. After placing an order ROF will send you a confirmation email with your order details.

NL orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays providing there is enough stock and your size is available.

During the shipping period you will receive an email with your tracking code.

International shipping

ROF delivers worldwide against additional charge. An overview of the international shipping costs can be find at check-out in the webshop.


Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 14 days. The boots must be returned in the same condition they left our warehouse and in the original packaging. Please send an email to in which you describe the reason for return. We will then send you the return form.


Do you prefer another size or color? Please return your boots within 14 days, and indicate on the form that your return concerns an exchange. Based on stock availability we will send you a new pair of boots.

Costs of returning

Return/exchange shipping expenses are covered by the customer. Once we received the boots in the same condition and package as it was sent, we will refund the total amount within 14 days. Please be aware that the boots remain your responsibility until they receive our warehouse.


In case of any damage from wearing or shipment, ROF can deny the return in case of reasonable doubt. 

Out of stock

In case your preferred choice is out of stock, it’s now possible to place a pre-order. This means you are guaranteed to receive your pair of boots from the next arriving batch (2 to 8 weeks). Please ensure your pre-order by completing this pre-order form and email it to  During the waiting period we will keep you updated about the status of your pre-order.
